The HeatPlate thermoblock provides highly accurate temperature control for the most demanding robotics applications. The module is only slightly larger than a standard microplate. ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Integration in robots

The HeatPlate can be operated via RS232 user interface. It is completely equipped for hands-free operation with an extensive remote command set for easy software integration. Through the integrated microelectronics no other external components and control devices are necessary. An automatic initialization will start after turn on. A simple command set allows you to easily control hardware and sensors. The process parameters are controlled and read out. This ensures a maximum of operating security also in the unmonitored continuous operation.

 

Wide range of applications

The HeatPlate comes with a variety of standardized and specific adapter plates. The adapters allow an optimal fit for microplates, deep well plates, PCR plates, standard tubes, lysis tubes, glass vials and other sample vessels. An excellent temperature uniformity and homogeneity is guaranteed by using these adapters. For special sizes we recommend our customized production according to your specific needs.

 

Homogeneous and accurate temperature control

Within the HeatPlate thinnest, large-area heating elements and sensors are integrated. The heat output of 75 W can be adjusted seamlessly from room temperature to 99°C. The equipment is fitted with a new and very reliable electronic temperature control which ensuring optimum warming of samples. During the heat up time the special electronic control system guarantees the same temperature for all vessels with minimal deviations.

The first-class finished aluminium housing gives the HeatPlate its essential functionality. It provides a high amount of security, device stability and ensures a long service life.
