BICO/QINSTRUMENTS’s sustainability agenda connects bioconvergence with three different perspectives that define our operations with UN Sustainability Development Goals. As of December 2021, BICO is an official signatory of the UN Global Compact Sustainability Development Goals and the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Packaging declaration / environmental labelling
Executive summary:
QINSTRUMENTS is committed to ensure environmental protection and ensuring compliance with relevant packaging regulations. We set great value on to the responsible management of packaging materials and implement the regulations in accordance with EU Directive 97/129 and the corresponding national regulations for our packaging.
Awareness and focus:
QINSTRUMENTS set great value on to environmental compatibility and sustainability. It is important to us to minimize the environmental impact of all our processes and to promote the responsible use of resources. This also applies the packaging we use for our products.
QINSTRUMENTS work continuously to optimise its packaging processes with the aim of reducing the amount of materials used while increasing the proportion of recycled material. We ensure that all materials used to package our products are recyclable and can be reused.
Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and Technical Documentation:
We hereby declare that all packaging used by QINSTRUMENTS complies with the requirements of EU Directive 97/129 on the labelling of packaging. Our packaging procedures undergo thorough assessment and documentation processes to ensure compliance with both EU-wide regulations and specific national requirements.
