DockingStation

The Magic of the DockingStation is its wireless capabilities, which make it a valuable tool in laboratory automation.
Say goodbye to your cable spaghetti.

QINSTRUMENTS developed its unique DockingStation technology for all automation modules. Instead of integrating several devices with many cables into the robot, only the DockingStation is mounted and permanently electrically connected.

The Docking Station is a base station featuring a master power supply and communication connection. One, two, four, or more QINSTRUMENTS modules can be quickly and easily mounted on the docking station without the need for cables. Depending on the application's design and requirements, different docking station variants are available.

All automation devices, such as BioShake, ColdPlate, TiltStation, or TurnStation, can be mounted and controlled using spring-loaded Pogo-Pin connectors. The system's design ensures easy swapping, as all units use the same footprint, connection points, and communication interface for remote control.
